我们从五千年的中华赶来
我们在五千里的河山会集
所有的青春从五四运动开始
所有的梦想在祖国大地涌动
一九一九年，中华的青春焕发
北京天安门，华夏的热血沸腾
青春！中国！青春！
我们面朝祖国的天空呼喊：
外争国权，把外国列强驱逐
内惩国贼，把反动军阀打倒
我们以青春为祖国开路！
五千年的中华巨龙觉醒！
五千里的华夏同胞奋起！
少年中国！青春中国！
十亿个青春
十亿把大火
照亮祖国的前路
我们的热血顺着黄河流淌
造十亿艘大船从什刹海起航
沿着京杭运河来到嘉兴南湖
我们的青春沿着昆仑伸展
骑十亿匹骏马从山海关出发
沿着万里长城抵达陕北延安
青春！中国！青春！
我们面朝祖国的天空呼喊
一二九运动，我们以热血
号召四亿同胞
抵抗日本法西斯入侵
反内战运动，我们用青春
呼唤中华民族
反饥饿反内战反迫害
少年中国！青春中国！
十亿个青春
十亿把大火
迎接新中国的到来
我们歃血为旗
点燃中华青春的热血
我们以梦为马
高举祖国神圣的火把
去照亮我们的赤县神州
青春！中国！青春！
我们面朝祖国的天空呼喊：
我们抡起锤头
去建设祖国的工业
我们举起镰刀
去开垦祖国的农田
我们拿起钢枪
去守卫祖国的边疆

建设现代化的祖国
回望五千里的河山
遥想五千年的历史
青春！中国！青春！
我们面朝祖国的天空呼喊
我们的青春化为三百六十行的精神
我们的热血成为奋进新时代的火焰
我们穿起消防制服
去扑灭森林的大火
我们走上三尺讲台
去浇灌祖国的花朵
我们化身白衣天使
吹响新冠病毒警示的哨音
用青春抗击疫情
用热血守护人民
成为最美的逆行者
少年中国！青春中国！

迈进祖国的新时代

我们回想一百年的青春大声呼喊：
外争国权，人类命运共同体就在眼前
内惩国贼，让中华民族实现伟大复兴

We come from the five thousand year old China
We will meet at motherland five thousand miles wide
All youth begins with the May 4th Movement
All dreams are surging in the motherland
In 1919, the Chinese nation was rejuvenated
Beijing Tiananmen Square, China"s blood boiling
youth! China! Youth!
We face the sky of our motherland and shout:
Fight for national power and expel the evil foreign invaders
Punish the traitors and overthrow the reactionary warlords
We open the way for the motherland with youth!
The five thousand year old Chinese dragon wakes up!
Five thousand miles of Chinese compatriots rise up!

A billion youths

Light up the future of the motherland
Our blood flows along the Yellow River
Build a billion ships and set sail from Shichahai Lake
Follow the Grand Canal to the South Lake of Jiaxing
Our youth stretches along Kunlun Mountains
Ride a billion horses from Shanhai Pass
Follow the Great Wall to Yan"an in Shaanxi

We shout to the sky of our motherland
In the December 9th Movement, we used our blood
Calling on four hundreds million compatriots
Resisted Japanese fascist invasion
